Safeguarding
Our Commitment to Safeguarding
15-Love Tennis Club Ltd is committed to providing a safe, welcoming and inclusive environment for everyone taking part in our tennis activities. The welfare and wellbeing of children, young people and adults at risk is a priority, and safeguarding concerns will be taken seriously.
Our Approach
We aim to follow appropriate safeguarding practices within our coaching activities and promote an environment where participants are treated with dignity and respect. Anyone working on behalf of 15-Love Tennis Club is expected to behave appropriately and to raise concerns about the welfare or safety of a participant.
Children and Young People
Parents and guardians are encouraged to provide relevant information that may help us support their child safely during a session. Children should be collected promptly at the end of their session, and parents or guardians should inform us of any agreed alternative collection arrangements.
Photography and Video
Photographs or videos of participants will not be taken or used for promotional purposes without appropriate permission. Where children or young people are involved, permission from a parent or guardian will be required.
