Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to coaching sessions, programmes and other tennis activities provided by 15-Love Tennis Club Ltd. Bookings and payments may be processed through ClubSpark.

Cancellations by Participants
If you need to cancel a booking, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice before the scheduled start time.
Where at least 48 hours’ notice is provided, any refund or booking adjustment available for that session will be handled in accordance with the booking arrangements applicable to that session.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled start time are non-refundable, except in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of 15-Love Tennis Club Ltd.

Cancellations by 15-Love Tennis Club
If 15-Love Tennis Club cancels a session, for example because of unsafe weather conditions, court availability, coach illness or another circumstance preventing the session from taking place, participants will be offered an appropriate replacement session, credit or refund, depending on the circumstances.
Participants will be contacted using the details provided when booking.

Weather Conditions
Tennis is an outdoor activity and sessions may continue in light rain or other suitable weather conditions.
A session is not automatically cancelled because of poor weather. Participants should assume that their session is going ahead unless they are contacted by 15-Love Tennis Club.
If we determine that conditions are unsafe or unsuitable for play and cancel the session, the provisions under Cancellations by 15-Love Tennis Club above will apply.

Monthly Programmes and Ongoing Coaching
Where coaching is purchased as part of a monthly or ongoing programme, individual missed sessions are not normally refundable where the participant chooses not to attend.
Any cancellation of an ongoing programme or recurring arrangement will be subject to the terms shown when the programme is booked.

Refund Processing
Where a refund has been approved, it will normally be returned to the original payment method. The time taken for the funds to appear in your account may depend on the payment provider or your bank.
